About Better Auto Care

Better Auto Care Inc. is a State-Authorized Inspection Facility, with on site licensed inspectors. We are also a State-licensed DEP Emission Repair Facility, with on-site emission repair technicians.

Owners Ben and Eli Felner take pride in their community and the work they do for the community

Ben and Eli Felner have extensive experience with cars, including military experience building tanks, building and rebuilding engines, working on cars for the town and helping out the town after Hurricane Sandy. They are really not your garden variety mechanic. And the garage is not your garden variety garage — Ben and Eli make it a point to have state of the art equipment that other garages don’t have. So much so that some of the other garages send work to Better Auto because they don’t have the skills or equipment to handle certain problems.

They have a lot of local ties to the community besides the cars, with Eli’s son Matthew going through the school system in Kenilworth and Eli coaching soccer.

We are also certified by Mobile Air Conditioning Society Worldwide as required by Section 609 of the Clean Air Act. Honors Better Auto Care, Inc. received the AAA Service Award in recognition of courteous, efficient, and professional automotive service. Better Auto Care, Inc. has always been widely known in the community for years as a friendly courteous business.
